KEX Tire Repair’s KX-386 Combi Unit repairs for radial passenger tires seals tire injuries and repairs the innerliner all in one easy step. These Combi Units feature a fully cushion wrapped stem and embedded guide wire tip for ease of installation. Vulcanizes to the innerliner of the tire and fills the injury to create a permanent tire repair.

KX-386 Combi Unit with Pilot Wire

  • Stem: 1/8″ (3mm)
  • Shelf Life: 2 years
  • Box Qty: 24
  • For permanent and best results, always use an appropriate size carbide cutter and install with KX-511F flammable chemical cement.
  • If an injury angle is more than 25 degrees, repair with a two piece KEX stem and KEX tire repair unit.
